It has been an honor and a privilege to serve as your director. I appreciate the support that comes from being part of the OWWL Library System, working closely with my fellow Liv Co directors, and the partnership of my board and staff. Thank you to all of our community members who have supported the Lima Public Library. I know that this library will continue to be what our friend and former Town Historian, Joyce Rapp, used to call “the best place in town.”
