Are you interested in fermenting food but don’t know how to get started? Learn how easy it is to get started in making sauerkraut, kimchi, kombucha and various other fermented foods. You will also see different fermentation containers, learn how to keep air away from the fermenting food and how you don’t need to spend money on gadgets to get started in fermentation. This program is presented by Master Food Preserver, Barb Brenner. She has been teaching food preservation classes for many years and is a CCE certified Master Food Preserver. Food preservation is a passion of Barb’s and she loves to share her knowledge with others. Join us to hear how easy it is to ferment various foods. Bring your questions.
