DESCRIPTION:Saturday 1/22/2022 10:30 am – 12:30 pm \nLocation: Lima Library meeting room \nCost: Free \nRegistration: Please sign up at the library so we have plenty of supplies on hand \nAges: All ages are welcome \nThe Winter Olympics are being held in Beijing in the People’s Republic of China on February 4th to 20th. So February 2022 is a great time to hear about what it is like to live in China. \nThis program will be a mix of activities for kids to visit the Chinese culture. Learn about China\, Chinese people\, and some fun facts about the culture. Let’s do a quick character writing lesson. Our presenter\, Jordan\, would be glad to answer any questions about China. Pictures and video will be shown. \nOur wonderful presenter for our visit to China is Jordan Kroll\, who lives right here in Lima with his wife and kids. Jordan lived in China for most of 2008-2020\, in four different cities. He owned a business in China and was working as an artist there\, painting the minority people and landscapes.
